The installation steps of the linear guide rail are: before installing the linear guide rail, the burr, dirt and surface scars on the mechanical installation surface must be removed.

Place the main rail gently on the bed platform, and use the lateral fixing screws or other fixing tools to make the rail slightly fit the lateral installation surface. Note: before installation and use, it is necessary to confirm whether the screw holes are consistent. If the base processing holes are not consistent and the bolts are locked forcibly, the combination accuracy and use quality will be greatly affected.

Tighten the positioning screws of the slide rail from the center to both sides in order to make the rail slightly fit the vertical installation surface. The order is from the central position to the two ends of the tightening can get a more stable accuracy. After the vertical reference plane is slightly tightened, the locking force of the lateral reference plane shall be strengthened so that the main rail can truly fit the lateral reference plane.

Use a torque wrench to slowly tighten the set screw of the slide rail according to the locking torque of various materials.

Use the same installation method to install the auxiliary rail, and install the sliding seat to the main rail and auxiliary rail separately. Note that after the linear slide rail is installed on the sliding seat, many subsequent accessories cannot be installed due to the limited installation space, so the necessary accessories must be installed together at this stage. (accessories may be nozzles, tubing joints, or dust-proof systems, etc. )

Gently place the mobile platform on the sliding seat of the main rail and the auxiliary rail.
