LSQ type silent rolling linear guide pair is a four row single circular arc groove contact. Each ball row is designed with a 45 degree contact angle, and each row is equipped with a holding chain of interval steel balls, which can effectively reduce the noise and improve the smooth stability of the operation of the guide pair, especially for the equipment requiring high speed, quiet and low dust generation.

1. Low noise

The steel ball circulation path adopts high-strength plastic fittings, equipped with the holding chain of the interval steel ball, which eliminates the metal noise caused by the collision between the steel balls. Compared with the existing LGS type, the noise intensity of LSQ type is effectively reduced by about 5 dB at each speed.

2. Self lubrication

The steel ball holding chain is designed with oil storage space in the middle space, so that the steel ball can be continuously lubricated when it moves, so as to realize long-term operation and maintenance free.

3. Smooth motion

The steel ball holding chain makes the steel balls evenly and equidistant. When the slider starts to run, all the steel balls start at the same time, and the steel balls will not collide with each other, so as to minimize the change of friction resistance.

4. High tightness

LSQ silent guide pair, LGS guide pair and clamp are also equipped with high dust-proof accessories to improve the sealing performance.
