The clamp is a high-performance functional part matched with the linear guide pair. According to the working state, it can be divided into the normally open type and the normally closed type. The normally open type has the functions of fixing the worktable, positioning, preventing vibration and improving the rigidity.

1、 Structure and function

The roll over linear guideway auxiliary coercer is composed of coercer main body, driving element, coerced tissue, etc. it is a high-performance functional component matched with the roll over linear guideway. The normally open type has the functions of fixing the worktable, fine positioning, avoiding vibration and improving the rigidity; the normally closed type also has the effect of power-off emergency braking.

2、 Explanation of terms

1. Normally open type: when air pressure or oil pressure is not supplied, the stress tissue of the stress organ is in the state of loosening.

2. Normally closed type: when air pressure or oil pressure is not supplied, the stress tissue of the stress organ uses the effect force of tension spring or screw to stress the linear guide rail.

3. Holding force: effect on the movement direction of the linear guide pair and the load in the straight direction.

The adherence varies with the static friction coefficient between the guide rail and the stressed tissue. (the holding force in this commodity sample is the calculated value when the static friction coefficient is 0.1.)

4. Minimum operating pressure: the minimum pressure required for normal use of the Durer.

5. Maximum application pressure: the maximum allowable pressure for normal use of the Durer.

6. Maximum remaining pressure: the maximum remaining pressure allowed after the oil pressure coercer stops supplying oil.

7. Device base plate: the pad that makes the height of the coercer consistent with the height of the rolling linear guide pair.

8. Air consumption: the amount of air required for one stroke of the Durer.

9. Hydraulic oil consumption: the amount of oil required for one stroke of the Durer.

10. Reaction time:

Reaction time of normally open type Durer: when the system announces the signal of starting gas supply and oil supply, it is time to start gas supply and oil supply to the Durer.

Reaction time of normally closed type Durer: when the system announces the signal to stop gas supply and oil supply, it is time to stop gas supply and oil supply to the Durer.

11. Response time:

Response time of normally open type stress apparatus: from the beginning of air supply and oil supply to the stress apparatus to the time of clamping the linear guide rail.

Response time of normally closed stress apparatus: from the time when the air supply and oil supply to the stress apparatus are stopped to the time when the linear guide rail is clamped.
